“I’m going to explore past The Wall! Who’s with me!” Mac was the oldest and the leader. He was the idea duck, the one who had the courage to step outside of his comfort zone.
But past The Wall! This was almost too much. They’d always been told that beyond The Wall were Hunters: Wild creatures who killed for sport. It was rumored that some of them even ate ducks.
Still, their curiosity got the best of them, and they followed Mac cautiously.
“No way,” Sally thought. “I’ll just stay here where it’s safe.”
Sally lived the rest of her life by the pond where it was safe, eating bread crumbs tossed by picnickers. Mac and the gang continued on to live long and happy lives with great adventures.
(Edited 5/13/15: I changed the ending so you know what happened to Mac and the gang :))
